I’m Alexis Haynes, a dedicated Pilates instructor and personal trainer with nearly a decade of experience in the fitness industry. Based in San Francisco, I specialize in functional movement, strength training, weight loss, and muscle development, blending my diverse expertise to help clients move better, feel stronger, and achieve sustainable results.
After gaining experience at a high-end fitness club, I launched my own training business, focusing on individualized coaching that empowers clients at every fitness level. My comprehensive approach combines Pilates, strength training, and corrective exercise, ensuring balanced movement patterns that enhance mobility, core strength, and overall performance.
I hold certifications in Pre/Postnatal Fitness, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and Kettlebell Athletics 1, which allow me to take a well-rounded, science-backed approach to movement.
